Returns & Replacements

Return Eligibility
Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging to protect it during transit.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item first and returning the original one. This ensures you get the replacement as quickly as possible. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund accordingly.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Photos may be requested to assist with the resolution.

Final Sale Items
Please note that certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Make sure to review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Address
Returns should be sent to the designated warehouse address provided during the return initiation process. Do not send items to the corporate office or retail locations.
